About the Instructor . . .

 

Gale Pierce received her degree in Education from Angelo State University and taught public school for 19 years. Certifications include All-Level Music, Theatre, Speech, Elementary Education,  Special Education. and ESL  During her teaching career she also maintained a music studio, Pierce Performance Studio, where she taught piano, flute and voice.  After retiring from public school teaching she and her husband moved to the Hill Country in 2008 where she began teaching at Harmony School of Creative Arts in Marble Falls, Texas.  In 2013, Mrs. Pierce was blessed to be able to once again open her own studio.  She now teaches from her home studio in Kingsland, TX.  Mrs. Pierce is a member of the National Guild of Piano Teachers, TMEA, and is the organist at Kingsland Community Church in Kingsland, Texas. Mrs. Pierce also is a partner with harpist Andra Rodden in the flute/harp duo, Halo, who entertain in

the surrounding communities.
